Necip Sayiner, President and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Sayiner joined Silicon Laboratories as President and CEO in September 2005. Prior to joining Silicon Laboratories, Dr. Sayiner was vice president and general manager of the enterprise and networking division at Agere Systems. He also served as the vice president and general manager of the networking IC division and held several senior design management roles in the storage division. Dr. Sayiner holds a bachelor?s degree in electrical engineering and physics from Bosphorus University in Turkey. He holds a master?s degree in electrical engineering from Southern Illinois University and a doctorate in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Bill Bock, Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Bock stepped down from the Silicon Laboratories? Board of Directors in November, 2006 to join the senior management team in his current role. Mr. Bock joined Silicon Laboratories? Board in March, 2000 and served as chairman of the audit committee. Prior to joining Silicon Laboratories, Mr. Bock was a partner at venture capital firms CenterPoint Ventures and Verity Ventures. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Bock served as President and Chief Executive Officer of DAZEL Corporation, a provider of electronic information delivery systems. After DAZEL?s acquisition by Hewlett-Packard, Mr. Bock then served as Vice President for HP until 2001. Mr. Bock served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Tivoli Systems, which he helped take public in 1995 and was later acquired by IBM. Prior to joining Tivoli, Mr. Bock successfully completed an IPO at Convex Computer Corporation as CFO in 1986 and then became the Senior Vice President of Sales in 1991. Prior to Convex, Mr. Bock spent nine years in various finance roles at Texas Instruments including the Vice President and Controller of the Data Systems Group. Mr. Bock holds a bachelor?s degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University and a master?s degree in industrial administration from Carnegie Mellon University.

David Bresemann, Vice President
Mr. Bresemann serves as Vice President focused on wireline products. Mr Bresemann served as Director of Marketing for wireline products from July 1998 to May 2002. Previously, he served as the Director of Marketing for Consumer and Professional Audio Products at Crystal Semiconductor/Cirrus Logic from February 1992 to July 1998. From 1988 to 1992, Mr. Bresemann held various sales positions for Analog Devices, a designer and manufacturer of integrated circuits. Mr. Bresemann holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Arizona.

Derrell Coker, Vice President
Mr. Coker joined Silicon Laboratories with the acquisition of Cygnal Integrated Products in 2003. Mr. Coker co-founded Cygnal in 1999 and successfully acquired venture financing and took the company to $5.2 million in revenue before being acquired by Silicon Laboratories. Prior to Cygnal, Derrell spent nine years at Benchmarq Microelectronics Inc as its founding President and CEO. He was also Vice President of Sales for Dallas Semiconductor and General Manager at Mostek Corporation.

Brad Fluke, Vice President
Mr. Fluke serves as Vice President focused on business development. Mr. Fluke served most recently as Vice President of networking products and previously Vice President of wireline products from January 1999 to May 2002. He also served as Vice President of Marketing from April 1997 to December 1998. Prior to joining Silicon Laboratories, he served as the Director of Marketing of the Computer Products Division of Crystal Semiconductor/Cirrus Logic from June 1990 to April 1997. From 1984 to 1990, Mr. Fluke held various marketing positions in the Data Converter Group for Analog Devices, a designer and manufacturer of integrated circuits. Mr. Fluke holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Gary Gay, Vice President of Sales
Mr. Gay joined Silicon Laboratories in October 1997 as Vice President of Sales. Previously, Mr. Gay was with Crystal Semiconductor/Cirrus Logic from 1985 to September 1997 where he most recently served as Vice President of North American Sales. From 1979 to 1985, Mr. Gay was International Sales Manager and Asia Pacific Sales Manager with Burr-Brown Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of semiconductor components. Mr. Gay holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Douglas Holberg, Vice President of Technology
Mr. Holberg joined Silicon Laboratories Inc. as the Director of Engineering for MCU Products when Cygnal Integrated Products merged with the company in 2003. At Cygnal, he served as the Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technical Officer. Prior to joining Cygnal, Mr. Holberg served as the Director of Imaging and Video Products at Crystal Semiconductor, a division of Cirrus Logic. Holberg is a well-known integrated circuit design expert with years of practical industry experience. He is co-author of the textbook, CMOS Analog Circuit Design. Mr. Holberg received M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and B.S.E.E. from Texas A&M University.

Jon Ivester, Vice President of Worldwide Operations
Mr. Ivester joined Silicon Laboratories in September 1997 as Vice President of Manufacturing. From May 1984 to September 1997, Mr. Ivester was with Applied Materials and served as Director of Manufacturing and Director of U.S. Procurement in addition to various engineering management positions. Mr. Ivester was a scientist at Bechtel Corporation, an engineering and construction company, from 1980 to 1982 and at Abcor, Inc., an ultrafiltration company and subsidiary of Koch Industries, from 1978 to 1980. Mr. Ivester holds a B.S. in chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.

Tyson Tuttle, Vice President
Tyson Tuttle serves as vice president of Silicon Laboratories? broadcast products including the FM tuner and SiRX? receiver product families. Mr. Tuttle joined Silicon Laboratories in 1997 as a senior design engineer for the company?s initial product, the silicon direct access arrangement. Since 1999, Mr. Tuttle has served in product management and marketing leadership positions for the Aero? transceiver and FM tuner. Previously, Mr. Tuttle held senior design positions at Crystal Semiconductor and Broadcom Corporation focusing on high-speed mixed-signal circuit design for hard disk drive read channel and Ethernet applications. Mr. Tuttle holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from UCLA and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
