Title 22/RCRA Compliance Courses deal with
California Title-22, DOT and RCRA regulations. Some of the subjects covered are regulatory
agencies, emergency response, hazardous waste identification and classification, tiered
permitting, recycling laws, waste streams, generator requirements, land disposal
restrictions, CUPAS and DOT shipping requirements.
The Hazwoper course satisfies all regulations issued by
OSHA (29 CFR 1910.120) designed to protect the safety and health of employees performing
various hazardous waste activities. The course is undergoing a complete revision
and is currently unavailable.
