Stitched Fabmat is a product manufactured and trade marked by Fiberglass Industries Inc. Stitched Fabmat consists of a roving base layer to which a controlled quantity of chop strand is deposited and stitched to the roving. This process allows for fast wet out and ease of handling. Stitched Fabmat is ideal for hand lay up molding, resin infusion process, SRIM, RRIM, and SCRIMP processes. FGI's proprietary sizing allows the end user complete compatability with Polyester, Vinyl Ester, Epoxy, and Polyurethane resin systems.
